Geranuims in Autumn

Another one of my geraniums that has come into flower after all the rain. I have had this one for quite some time. Originally, it came from my Mum's garden over 20 years ago. I have not seen it anywhere else.

Another cool morning in Sydney this morning. It got down to below 12 deg C just before dawn.

I am glad I came across your post mentioning geraniums. Last Autumn a friend gave me about a dozen Geraniums and I put them downstairs in the basement to over winter them. I nearly forgot all about them, I had better bring them up and get them watered so perhaps they will grow. The weather is starting to warm up, and it won't be long before it will be time to put the plants outside.

Wow, what a gorgeous geranium! I have red ones every summer but they are annuals that I buy each year, plant and then throw away. I just got 4 Perennial geraniums that I plant to put in large pots, OR plant in the ground...and they should come up every year. All of them are blue/purple, except 1, which I 'think' is red;-)
