The Lost is Found Again

Part of the garden is in the middle of a makeover, so I have been saving plants that I wish to keep. I knew I had a dahlia somewhere, I just had to find it. I used to have heaps of them, all given to me by my Mum many years ago, then I dug most of them up & gave them away. Then with the drought, I lost all but one, or so I thought. So digging up a daisy bush to save, I found this one hidden under all kinds of other things, struggling to make it to the light. This one was not in the position that I knew my dahlia to be, so now I have two that will hopefully multiply into more. Though why it is shooting now beats me, it must be the rain we have had
