This tea ceremony was what we had come to the garden for. It was part of our tour to experience this. We had done a
tea ceremony before back in Kyoto, but this one was a little more formal. Our guide did all the talking while the lady in the kimono performed and we watched and tasted. Green tea is still not my favourite. Give me a good quality roasted black tea made in a pot any day.
